Following on from their exhibition Making Post-War Manchester-Vision of an Unbuilt City held in June 2016, co-curators Richard Brook and Martin Dodge (from Manchester School of Architecture and the University of Manchester) will be talking about the 1950s and 1960s context of the the exhibition.

Martin's talk will be 'From Manufacturing Industries to a Services Economy: The Emergence of a 'New Manchester' in the Nineteen Sixties' whilst Richard will delve into (some of) the detail on the unbuilt schemes for the 6 Central Development Areas.
